Counterpoint Research has issued its annual analysis of the European smartphone market today, and this reveals sales were up 8% over 2020. That's encouraging, but it's still not back to pre-pandemic levels (keep in mind that 2020 sales dropped 14% compared to 2019). The subscription video on demand (SVOD) market in the US experienced remarkable growth in 2021 and based on JustWatch's metrics HBO Max saw the largest growth at 5 percentage points.
